Costume Payment Policy:

To secure your registration and complete your costume bookings, a non-refundable deposit of half the total is required unless other wise discussed. This deposit is mandatory. The remaining balance for your selected costume(s) must be paid one week before the advertised date for costume pick up.

• Or in person with cash

Please be informed that we do not accept checks as a valid form of payment.

 

Kindly remember that your registration will only be considered complete and valid once the entire amount is paid before pick up.

Disclaimers:
Failure to pay the full payment by the due date will result in the forfeiture of any initial payments made for the costume there are No exceptions.
Costumes remain the property of Island Gem Masqueraders until fully paid for and collected.
 

Refunds/Returns Policy:
Carnival costumes are custom-made items, so please ensure your measurements are accurate. Once your down payment is made, it is non-refundable.
No exchange under any circumstance
No changing of measurements or sizes.
No costume transfers unless persons has the same size and will continue the payments if required.
No returns accepted.

Please note the following information regarding the delivery policy:
All costumes must be collected, there is not delivery
A valid form of identification must be presented when collecting the costume.
If you are unable to collect the costume personally, you may authorize another person to collect on your behalf.

The costume distribution schedule will be provided via email to all masqueraders, on the band's website, and social media platforms.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

By registering, you allow us to use any images or videos captured with you in costume for marketing and promotional materials, as well as any other means of promoting our carnival band's business. You also waive any right for payment, royalties, or any other consideration for the use of such images or videos.
